Who is Eligible for the Plexaderm Subscription Program?
Anyone in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska are eligible for enrollment in the subscription program. At this time we do not offer this as an option for international orders, including Canada.
What Will Happen After I Join?
After you join the Plexaderm subscription program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ where you can cancel your subscription at any time.
We will place your Plexaderm subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency until you decide to cancel. We will send you an email reminder 15 days before each subscription order. Your renewal notice emails will also contain the link to the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ should you decide to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you’ve joined, the Plexaderm subscription program is easy to manage. You can cancel by clicking here and filling out the form. You can also contact us by email, customercare@plexaderm.com, or by phone, 1-800-681-0366 during business hours to cancel. Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellations to be processed.
